Journeys from fiction drawn on the real world

Diana Gabaldon · 2009 · overland

The war in earnest. The Frasers leave the Ridge for the fighting in the north, from the fall of Ticonderoga to the field at Saratoga, and then take ship for Scotland - a voyage that ends with Jamie's obituary in a Wilmington paper. Two hundred years later Brianna and Roger are living at Lallybroch, reading their parents' letters as they arrive.
