   At Club Obi Wan in Shanghai, a deal for a diamond turns into poison, gunfire and a plunge from a window, Indy fleeing with the singer Willie and young Short Round.

   Their getaway plane is sabotaged over the mountains; the three bail out on an inflatable raft, ride it down a snowy slope and a river, and wash up in India.
