John Carney's 2007 musical, made for almost nothing on the streets of Dublin. A heartbroken busker and a Czech immigrant meet, make music together over a single week, and record an album that might change everything, before he leaves for London to chase the song and an old love, and she stays behind.

   A heartbroken busker plays for coins on Dublin's Grafton Street, and a Czech flower-seller stops to listen.
