Emilio Estevez's 2010 film, starring his father Martin Sheen. A grieving father walks the Camino de Santiago, the ancient pilgrimage across northern Spain, in honour of the son who died attempting it, carrying his ashes from the Pyrenees to the cathedral at Santiago and on to the wild Atlantic coast.

   Tom, an American doctor, comes to France to collect the body of his son, who died in the Pyrenees on his first day walking the Camino, and resolves to walk it himself.

   Over the mountains into Spain he goes, scattering his son's ashes along the way, slowly joined by other pilgrims carrying their own burdens.
