Richard C. Sarafian's 1971 cult road movie. Kowalski, an ex-cop and race driver, takes a bet to deliver a supercharged Dodge Challenger from Denver to San Francisco in record time. High on speed and pursued by police across Colorado, Utah and Nevada, he becomes a folk hero on the radio - until the roadblock waiting for him at the California line.
